# Group Self-Service

#### Group Leaders Manage bookings online

Group Self Service allows your group leader to log into their own portal to manage their booking. They can view invoices, pay online, manage special diets, rooming, view their schedule, sign their booking form electronically, download resources & more.

#### Things I need to do

- This is a list of workflow tasks that you have set to be "theirs"

#### Invoices/Booking Form

- When an invoice has been issued it will show up in GSS under Things I need to do.
- The group leader can electronically sign the Booking Form by clicking on "Sign the Booking Form". When they sign it, it will automatically appear uploaded into the stream.

#### Chat

- The Group Leader can send messages to you from GSS.

#### Useful Resources

- These are the attachments you have uploaded in venue360 that the group can download

#### My Other Bookings

- If they have any other bookings that they are the primary contact of, these can be accessed here

#### Program

- The "Program" tab shows the meals and resources you have booked
